AppealIQ is a self-help software product for preparing property tax appeal materials in supported jurisdictions. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any assessor, board of equalization, or court.

You are responsible for verifying all facts, deadlines, and filing requirements before submitting any appeal. No savings amount is guaranteed.

If you purchase a packet, annual defense, or pro license, you authorize AppealIQ and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan. Annual defense and pro license products may renew automatically until canceled through Stripe or support.

Packet purchases are non-refundable once the evidence packet is delivered or downloaded.

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape or automate abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, session, or system component.

The service and all generated documents are provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, merchantability, or legal outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppealIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
